  What kind of a snowflake goes to a power equipment store and writes a one star review because they had their feelings hurt? I have gone here frequently for many years. I visit this store because I know they will have what I need. This is a specialty store people! If you are looking for a perky high school kid to give you advice on small engine performance try Home Depot. While you are at Home Depot visit their closet organizing section because it seems you will be more comfortable in that type of setting. If you want a high performance BBQ grill like BroilMaster then Bourlier is your place. If you want a custom made fireplace screen and glass door, again Bourlier is your place. If you think retailers should kiss your a$$ because you feel entitled then stick with Amazon. Maybe they weren't rude to you at Bourlier, it was more likely they were not able to tolerate your stupidity?
