  As a past employee, I feel I should write a review to educate customers on what they think of Nordstrom employees.
  
  Management at this location is not on board as a team with employees. As employees, we make little to nothing and hardly ever reach our commission. We are forced to harass our customers to buy items and open up credit cards to meet management goals. Management at this location are a group of young adults who stay in the back rooms all day talking and doing homework for school. Management will not help open or close registers. My last day at this location, I was used until I opened the register and then I was called in the office and decided to separate from Nordstrom. The pay rate here is 9.55 and the things you have to do are beyond this world. You have to dust, wipe down, size and colorize, do inventory once a blue moon until midnight, wax fixtures, and then do a check out with management on everything you did or it must be done before you go home. NOTE: all this is done for management to look good. The employeees receive nothing but 9.55. This location hires a group of new people about every two months which is sad. I really do love Nordstrom products and this location. However, please remember that me being an past employee and the current employees we just do what management tells us. So bare with their stress.

  Though the store is on a smaller scale it seems to have a real good selection of all the brands that you're looking for in the larger ones.
  
  There were a couple of designers that I usually shop for that were there but in smaller quantities. The great thing is that the shoe department is still wonderful and so is the jewelry and men's clothing.
  
  Also we tend to park by Nordstrom and walk through to get to the mall and it's fun to stop and look at the good stuff on the way.
