  Terrible customer service. Went in to cancel my account due to life circumstances after faithfully being a member for over two years and the employee that helped me lied about actually cancelling my account. I was surprised to find out that my account wasn't cancelled and that my account was charged again after my cancellation. Had to go back in again and speak to a manager to finally cancel my account. Then when I tried to get a refund, they refused! Never, ever going to a planet fitness again.
