  Very friendly but Had a few issues. blew our furnace they were willing to fix it if I had proof it was from them but had no proof it was due to their treatment other than it was working the same day before, when moving a bed they scratched paint off the wall And they are not very good with call backs after treatment to make sure everything is ok. But when the first treatment didn't work and I called and they kept up with trying to solve the problem even after the warranty was over. Long process but in the end it all worked out.
