  This is one of my favorite places where the food is always great and the service is usually great. On my last visit the food was great but the service was just a little shy guy of usual do to a heavy volume. The waitress seemed a little hurried and did not exercise the care that I've become accustomed to. When she dropped my hot fudge cake on the table with such force it slid off and the ice cream was on the side. When I brought that to her attention she said that was the way it was supposed to be. I shared the experience with the management and they assured me that she was new and they would endeavor to perform a better service in the future. Even with that experience, I still find it to be one of the more excellent fast food or near fast food restaurants I've patronized. Again, the food was excellent.
