  New grill this week, they matched a better price assembled it and loaded for me. I love this place home to grill!

  Horrible experience here! I never write reviews but I want to inform people so they do not make the same mistake. Do not order online to pick up into store. I came to pick up a item for my bathroom that I ordered, when I got there, they were troubleshooting issues with another customer, but they kept me waiting behind him for over a half an hour. Then when it was finally my turn, the girl who was helping me didn't even take the proper order number from me. So she had to call everyone over to try to help her for her mistake. They were all laughing that my "order" was sent to another store in another state. I asked for a manager and a blonde girl with a big nose claimed to be a manager even though her badge said "In training." They never apologized for their error. Horrible customer service. Go to the Lowes out in Chesterfield.
